Use exact accessible-name matching for New buttons across browse E2E tests.

The header’s What's new button, introduced by adobe/da-nx#744, also matched getByRole('button', { name: 'New' }). Bulk preview failed with a strict-mode violation when both buttons existed. Regional edit clicked What's new before New loaded, then timed out waiting for the Folder menu. Preview branches load da-nx main, so unrelated PRs picked up the regression.

Introducing change: adobe/da-nx#744

Failed runs:

Isolated selector regression passes in Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit. Authenticated E2E validation awaits CI; local saved authentication expired.
