Fix #738

Summary see adobe/da-live#1403.

Details

  • Add an opt-in bootstrap initializer that defaults reloads to main and prevents duplicate initialization by the legacy loader.
  • Support main-scoped reloads in nx and nx2, with opt-in block/section replacement in nx.
  • Add scope detection to the standalone portal, serialize body updates, and update retained DOM indices after partial replacements.
  • Decorate replaced content in detached DOM. Fall back to refreshing all of main when partial replacement is unsafe, or to full-body loadPage where required and available.
  • Add bootstrap, scope-selection, and replacement tests; update the protocol documentation.

Rollout

Merging both branches ships the capability but does not automatically inject the initializer. Keep the existing site-script snippet until testing is complete. Without the initializer, that snippet retains legacy full-body reloads; when loaded first, the initializer owns loading and suppresses the legacy loader.

For testing instructions see adobe/da-live#1403.
