Adds a
dependabot-mergeskill that drives the routine path ofdocs/dependabot.mdwith a script:statusclassifies open Dependabot PRs (NONLOCK / LOCK / FM3 / RED, plus majors),mergelands non-lockfile PRs first and then lockfile PRs one at a time (rebase, freshwebpass on the new head, CLEAN, merge), andverifyruns the local CI mirror on a temp worktree oforigin/main. FM3, red, and major PRs are skipped and reported rather than handled..gitignorenow ignores.claude/*except.claude/skills/so the skill is tracked.Verification: shellcheck clean;
statusandmerge --dry-runrun against the live repo classified #189 as FM3, skipped #174 (major), and ordered 171, 181, 182, 190. The realmergeloop andverifyare not yet exercised — to be tested in a separate session before merge.
