변경 사항

Polars 패키지의 Python 지원 범위를 3.10–3.13에서 3.11–3.14로 변경했습니다.
PyO3 stable ABI 기준과 CI·릴리스 빌드의 최소 Python 버전을 3.11로 맞췄습니다.
Python classifier와 uv lockfile을 새 지원 범위에 맞게 갱신했습니다.
릴리스를 위해 Polars 플러그인 버전을 0.1.5에서 0.1.6으로 올렸습니다.

검증

Python 3.11에서 pytest 314개 통과
Rust 테스트 139개 통과
Ruff 및 ty 검사 통과
0.1.6 cp311-abi3 wheel을 Python 3.11과 3.14에서 설치하고 import 스모크 테스트 통과
