Wire the proxy client to an HTTPS-capable connector and fail fast when a route opts out of certificate verification, which was never honoured.

Problem
--proxy ...&secure=falsewas parsed and stored but never enforced — the proxy client only spoke plain HTTP viaHttpConnector, so TLS verification was effectively always on (and HTTPS targets could not be reached at all).Fix
hyper-rustlswith native roots, HTTP/1), so HTTPS upstreams actually work.secure=falseis now rejected at startup with a clear error instead of silently doing nothing — disabling certificate verification is not supported.Fixes #24
