Toolchain

No change. The project pins 1.99.1 in rust-toolchain, which is the latest stable release (rustc 1.99.1 (58cf8f9c3 2026-10-13)). CI installs an unpinned toolchain via rustup, so no workflow files needed updating. rust-version (MSRV) is not set in Cargo.toml and was not introduced — no upgraded dependency requires raising it.
