fix: 퇴사 처리 후 사장님 근무자 목록이 갱신

변경 내용

• 퇴사 처리 성공 후 사장님 근무자 목록이 재조회되지 않는 문제 수정
• 목록 재조회가 완료될 때까지 퇴사 처리 로딩 상태 유지

구현 사항

• 근무자 목록 무효화 키에 포함되던 불필요한 undefined 제거
• 필터 없이 쿼리 키를 생성하면 업장별 공통 키를 반환하도록 변경
• 상태·이름·페이지 크기에 관계없이 해당 업장의 근무자 목록 캐시 무효화
• onSuccess에서 invalidateQueries의 Promise를 반환하여 재조회 완료 대기
