Found while attempting to connect to a system with the domain included next to the username. The
\character was breaking NTLM handshake and was either completely stripped out or was escaped too much. Found it was easier to just include the domain in the options on connect and provide it through thentlm_authhelper.I also looked at the documentation for
ntlm_authunder rubyntlm and the current documentation shows domain is provided after username but before password. In my testing and debugging I found that this was not the case in this instance, and it must be the last option provided tontlm_auth.Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
