Install skills for the claude-code agent too, so the Skills CLI links each one into .claude/skills/. Write a CLAUDE.md importing AGENTS.md, wire Graft for Claude Code, relink legacy projects on aginit update, and add doctor checks. New agents.claudeCode flag defaults to enabled; legacy configs keep loading. See docs/adr/0002.

Projects set up by aginit installed skills only for Antigravity and Codex (
.agents/skills/). Claude Code reads project skills only from.claude/skills/<name>/SKILL.md, so it saw none of them.Changes
claude-codetonpx skills add --agent. The Skills CLI links each skill from the single copy in.agents/skills/into.claude/skills/.agents.claudeCodeflag,truein new configs. Configs without it load unchanged and count as enabled. Set it tofalseto opt out.CLAUDE.md(@AGENTS.md) when none exists. Claude Code v2.1.277+ reads AGENTS.md natively, but only when there's no CLAUDE.md and not in every session. The import works everywhere and never loads AGENTS.md twice (docs). An existing CLAUDE.md is never modified.graft init --agents antigravity agents claudewires Graft's in-repo Claude Code integration.--no-globalstill applies.aginit update: links already-installed skills for Claude Code when they're missing, and adds the CLAUDE.md import, so legacy projects need no manual steps.aginit doctor: reports skills missing from.claude/skills/and a CLAUDE.md without the import, and listsclaude-codeamong the agents.docs/adr/0002-claude-code-skills-and-instructions.md, README, CHANGELOG, version bump to 0.4.0.Verification
pnpm check: typecheck, 112 tests (13 new intests/claude-code.test.ts, including legacy config loading), build and audit all pass.aginit new demo --preset cli:.claude/skills/wayfinder/SKILL.mdexists, 29/29 skills linked, doctor is green. A headlessclaude -psession in the project loads the 14 model-invocable skills. The other 16,wayfinderamong them, aredisable-model-invocation: true, so they're user-only/namecommands as expected.~/dev/personal-blog(legacy config): doctor flagged 31 unlinked skills, thenaginit updatelinked all 31, addedCLAUDE.md, and doctor went green.
