Backport of #28360 to camel-4.22.x (CAMEL-26108).

The Avro HTTP consumer now passes the configured endpoint host to its HTTP server factory. Includes the regression test and review follow-up from commits 55b266d and aa2c0c3.

The 4.24 upgrade-guide changes were omitted because upgrade notes are maintained on main.

Validation: full reactor mvn -Dquickly -DskipTests -T 4 install and Avro RPC module mvn -o test passed, including the host-binding regression test. Formatting and import sorting ran during validation.
