…ntation episode The renderer turns a manifest, stills, and clips into timed voice-overs and a 1080p video. The first episode explains what Apache Hop is, with narration for the YouTube language tracks.
… cues The second video covers Java 21, the download, and Configure Hop environment, with narration for the YouTube language tracks. Subtitle cues are now at most two lines, timed across each scene.
The third video builds a small pipeline in Hop GUI, from a samples pipeline through a split hop and a preview, with narration for the YouTube language tracks.
The fourth video builds a workflow that runs the first pipeline and branches on success and failure, with narration for the YouTube language tracks.
The fifth video runs the pipeline and the workflow in Hop GUI and with hop-run, with narration for the YouTube language tracks.
…he join The sixth video explains projects and environments, with narration for the YouTube language tracks. A clip longer than the voice-over plays to the end, and the scene join fades only the short overlap.
…uTube descriptions The episode tracks the project folder in Git from Hop GUI. descriptions.yaml holds the title, summary, link labels, and chapter titles for each language, and the renderer writes one description file per locale.
…escriptions The episode keeps the password out of the connection and out of Git. The connection is named crm, and descriptions.yaml holds one description per language.

Draft for community feedback on the getting-started YouTube series. Addresses #7931.
This adds a renderer and the first episode, "What Apache Hop is". Nothing is uploaded to YouTube from this pull request.
What is here
docs/video-series/holds the series notes, a pronunciation glossary, and the orientation manifest. The narration is in English, Chinese, Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Italian, and Dutch.tools/video-series/render.pychecks the manifest, synthesizes the voice-over, holds every scene for the longest language, and writes a 1080p MP4 plus WebVTT captions.Product words such as Pipeline, Workflow, and Hop GUI stay in English in every language, because those are the words on screen. GUI is pronounced "gooey" through the speech service pronunciation map. The subtitles still show GUI.
