Summary

• Document the V2.0.12 behavior for creating a timeseries under an existing device: the new timeseries inherits the device's alignment attribute, and the device's alignment type remains unchanged.
• Add SQL examples and query results for creating and listing timeseries and checking device alignment.
• Update the English and Chinese latest and Master/Tree Apache metadata guides.
