how to fix the issue that http transport is not installed for java binding?

It seems that after this PR: #7759, when running java with such change,
it will show error that default http transport is not installed. How to fix this?

It is tested both on windows and linux.
For java version 0.50.x, there is no such issue before version 0.50.x

• on windows, it can't start with below error:

     Exception in thread "main" org.apache.opendal.OpenDALException: ConfigInvalid (permanent) at write => default HTTP transport is not installed
     
     Context:
        advice: call HttpTransporter::install_default before using HTTP services
        called: HttpTransporter::default
        service: s3

• on linux, it can run successfully. But it still hangs there even after operator closed and main program finished
