What changed in this PR
Promotes the pinned embedding vector store for MCP 3.5.0 and aligns the release metadata and source catalog with the selected build.
Changes:
- Updates the Dockerfile and build-input manifest to the same immutable embedding digest.
- Bumps the MCP registry version and container tag to
3.5.0. - Adds Microsandbox and updates the OpenInfer listing in the source CSV.

The CSV comes from the same immutable chunk snapshot used to build these embeddings. Merging the reviewed PR releases an MCP image using this exact digest.
