I removed the Dead Man's Snitch check-in from the Build workflow by deleting the notify job, which only ran curl ${{ secrets.DMS_URL }}. The Datadog monitor "Docker image build: no successful docker-ruby main build" replaces it by watching for a successful Build run on main (added in https://github.com/articulate/devex-sre-monitors/pull/12).

No other job listed notify in needs, and no README or docs text mentioned the DMS check-in, so .github/workflows/build.yaml is the only file changed. I didn't run any linters because actionlint, yamllint and Python aren't installed here.

Merge only after that monitor shows OK. After merge, delete the DMS_URL repository secret and the DMS snitch.
