Upgrade
objectfrom 0.38.1 to 0.40.0 and adapt distribution validation to its changed ELF, Mach-O, and PE APIs. Updating the dependency alone leaves the validation code unable to compile.The new PE export iterator includes forwarded and unnamed exports, so continue excluding them from the exported-symbol checks.
