Why
Bumps the package version for 2.7.0. The changelog entry of the version is complete: it holds the update block and time of an offer that turns invalid (#243), the only change since 2.6.1. The version is a minor one because the values of two fields in a public response change at a new moment. Tracking: ENG-2443.
The release has no migration and needs no operator action.
Validation
scripts/release-notes.sh 2.7.0 HEADcomposes the release body from the changelog entry and the commits since 2.6.1, with the sections Upgrading and Bug fixes.git diff --name-only 2.6.1 HEAD -- definitions/migrationslists no file.
