Sync Go-focused dev packages with goclaw flake conventions: - go_1_25 - gopls - gofumpt - gotools - golangci-lint - golines - gosec - delve
Create modules/hm/go.nix and import it from node and bot tool modules to avoid duplicated Go tool definitions.
- make modules/hm/go.nix a normal HM module - include go.nix alongside node.nix in flake shared imports - include go.nix in bot module imports - keep node.nix focused on Node packages only

Adds Go development tooling in the same Home Manager tool groups that currently include Node/dev tooling.

Why
Aligned with the go-focused tooling used in the goclaw flake devShell so the NixOS developer environment has Go compiler/LSP/format/lint/debug tools available alongside Node tooling.
