Adds a new “System Properties” section to the source overview, documenting per-source configuration with Always/Sometimes/Never options.

• Documentation (Sources > Overview):
  • New section: System Properties
    • Explains per-source configuration of system properties.
    • Defines options: Always, Sometimes, Never and their effects on Inspector validation and Codegen initialization.
    • Notes placement below the events table and provides an example (device_type on iOS).

Addressed the cross-referencing feedback in 4a44293: the source overview's System Properties section now links to the properties docs, and the properties docs' System properties section has a new "Presence per source" note linking back to the source overview.
