fix(deps): clear the handlebars osv advisories - #951

GHSA-8r5x-fm3f-whwj (9.8), GHSA-p8wg-vrv2-v86f (9.2) and GHSA-xw65-4hp5-5hc7 (4.7), published 2026-10-08, affect handlebars through 4.7.9; 4.7.10 fixes all three. Add a `resolutions` floor and re-resolve only that yarn.lock entry. handlebars is transitive through ts-jest (`^4.7.9`), so 4.7.10 stays inside its range; minimist's lockfile key moves to `^1.2.8` with its version unchanged. Not in jira-forge-app's lockfile. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Clears the OSV findings that now fail the dependency scan on
mainand on open PRs such as #904. All three advisories were published on 2026-10-08, after #943 merged, so this isn't a regression. The advisory database changed under an unchanged lockfile.Area

package.jsonresolutions: added the floorhandlebars ^4.7.10. The package isn't in jira-forge-app's lockfile, so nooverridesmirror is needed, andcheck-transitive-pin-syncstays green.yarn.lock: re-resolved only this entry, following the approach from fix(deps): clear devalue and basic-ftp osv advisories #935, fix(deps): clear the http-cache-semantics osv advisory #941 and fix(deps): clear sharp, source-map-js, postcss-selector-parser and smol-toml osv advisories #943. 4.7.10 requiresminimist ^1.2.8instead of^1.2.5, so that entry's key changes. The resolved version is still 1.2.8.handlebars is transitive through
ts-jest(test tooling only), which requests^4.7.9. 4.7.10 is inside that range.Testing
