Document the mandatory contributor statement for all PRs, the exact text required by the Require Contributor Statement CI check, and the URL mismatch pitfall when working in a fork (settings.json hardcodes awslabs/agent-plugins but the CI check uses github.repository). https://claude.ai/code/session_017LdTZvZN3dae9ttj5BJoKx
