Adds a VS Code Extension card to the Build page alongside the browser simulator and local development tools. Links the extension repository near the top of the VS Code guide, before the existing Copilot Chat instructions, so readers can find installation instructions and the live emulator workflow.

Validation: production build passed; 250 editor tests and 14 app-description tests passed; verified the exact repository URL in both generated pages; git diff --check passed.
