vm2 3.9.13 is affected by 48 GHSA advisories with fixes up to 3.12.1 (sandbox escapes including GHSA-m283-3h24-438v). Adds vm2 as a dev override for the degenerator ^3.9.8 spec so the lockfile resolves to 3.12.1. 3.12.1 clears every advisory for the pinned version per OSV.
3.12.1 is still affected by GHSA-5h3f-q97h-ccvc and two other vm2 advisories. 3.12.2 is clear of all current vm2 advisories in OSV.
