Same update as hotfix 1.5.3: vue 3.5.44 and postcss 8.5.31 move the indirect packages nanoid, source-map-js and @vue/server-renderer to fixed versions.
The back-merge kept the older version ranges in package.json while the lockfile already held the fixed ones, so the frozen install failed in CI. Sets vue to ^3.5.44 and postcss to ^8.5.31.
