v0.3.0inreleases.mdandreadme.md. It is a minor bump because the release contains breaking changes:Error::Response, theClockbound onserve/serve_tls,Statistics::accept_errors, and the move tobase-scheduler 0.4,base-pool 0.4andbase-endpoint 0.2.The version hook from
