Stamps nix/package.nix and .claude-plugin/plugin.json with 1.10.0 for v1.10.0.

Opened by scripts/release.sh: main takes changes only through pull requests, and a stable tag must point at a commit that carries its version. Once this is merged, running make release VERSION=1.10.0 again from an up-to-date main finds the metadata stamped and pushes only the tag.

The MCP behavior change and schedule-clearing caveat will be called out prominently in release notes.

The normal scripts/release.sh preflight passed before creating this PR: make release-check includes tests/lint/vet, no replace directives, vulnerability scan, pinned gosec, race tests, CLI surface compatibility, and size checks for all 10 release platform/architecture binaries. This PR stamps only Nix/plugin versions. Waiting for this head’s CI and automated review before merge; release tag follows only after merge. Publication still needs the independent release-environment approval.
