What changed in this PR
Updates the README’s binary installation links to v1.5.0 to address the reported latest-release CI failure. No application code changes.
Changes:

README install links were still on v1.4.1 after the v1.5.0 release, so the "Verify README references the latest release" CI step failed on every open PR (first hit: #183). Bumped the Windows, macOS arm64, and Linux install commands to the v1.5.0 release assets, same mechanical fix as #170.
README-only, no code touched.
