What

Brings back baseten grid usage, which #169 removed inadvertently

Teams come from GET /v1/teams and your settings in each from GET /v1/grid/team_settings/users/me, so the removed user-teams endpoint is not used.

Against prod with a team admin account:

Baseten Coding $55 of $50 (team default $30,000) · limit reached

How

git revert b6516e5, which applied cleanly. The three restored files are byte-identical to the tree before the removal.

Reverts "Fold grid usage into grid route usage" (b6516e5 in #169), which
dropped the command showing your spend in each team against your limit
there, the daily chart, and the per-model list with the top five models
and "other" (#167). grid route usage never grew a chart or a limit line,
so this restores grid usage as it was, on the Grid API: teams from
GET /v1/teams and your settings in each from
GET /v1/grid/team_settings/users/me.

The usage test helpers go back to command.grid_usage_test.go, which
grid route usage's tests share.

Closing: wrong approach. The chart belongs in grid route usage, not a separate grid usage command.
