Keep the wrapper aligned with the bundled server

The extension still bundles bash-language-server@5.7.0, whose lockfile snapshot depends on vscode-languageserver@8.1.0, while vscode-client/src/server.ts creates a connection from this direct dependency and passes it into that bundled server. Upgrading only the wrapper therefore makes every extension startup cross the server boundary with a v10 connection and v8 server handlers/protocol types; the repository's v10 server migration required compatibility and lifecycle changes that 5.7.0 does not contain. Keep this dependency on v8 until the bundled server is upgraded to a v10-based release, or update both together.
