The rewrite dropped the project's one-sentence stance on how AI should touch physical machines; it costs nothing to keep, so it returns under the safety paragraph. The old hero image lost its last reference in the same rewrite, so it goes instead of lingering unused.

The single failure is test_inject_thumbnail_happy_path_uses_real_injector on Windows. It exercises unchanged thumbnail-injector runtime code; this PR changes documentation and the standalone preview generator only.
