Bencher Cloud now mints the repository_dispatch token for a project's linked repository (bencherdev/bencher#1321), so the bare metal pull request workflow no longer needs a fine-grained personal access token. The submit drops --ci-callback-token, as the updated GitHub Actions docs show (bencherdev/bencher#1340).

This waits for v0.6.16 and for bencherdev/example to be linked to the example project in its Settings, under Connections. The released 0.6.15 CLI refuses --detach --github-actions without a token, and the CLI composes a tokenless dispatch only when the server reports 0.6.16 or later.

The BENCHER_CALLBACK_TOKEN secret stays in place until a pull request completes a run without it.
