I run digital transformation end-to-end — from business goal to working platform. What sets me apart from a classic IT director: I work both sides — I design the architecture and carry the project through regulation (BPA, 161/115/54/152-ФЗ; SBP / KKT / OFD / FNS). That combination is the usual bottleneck in finance-sensitive industries, and I close it myself.
