docs(assets): add GitHub Marketplace badge and update Kates wordmark with icon - #517

…with icon - Add the GitHub Marketplace badge for kates-quality-gate to README.md and default the hero <picture> fallback to kates-wordmark-dark.svg (width 620) with a prefers-color-scheme: light source. - Update kates-wordmark.svg and kates-wordmark-dark.svg in docs/assets/ and website/assets/ (viewBox 0 0 620 56) to lead with the Kates helm logo and the EB Garamond "Kates" glyph outlines from docs/book/assets/cover.svg. - Align the footer wordmark dimensions in website/index.html (310x28) to match the updated 620:56 aspect ratio.
