SD.Nextの実機起動は、必須組込みsdnqが未取得でFileNotFoundErrorになっていました。固定親commitのgitlinkに従いsdnqだけをimageへ追加し、解決済み親commit・submodule HEAD・必須ファイルを検証します。大型installer layerの後へ小さいlayerを追加し、既存cacheを利用します。
隔離clone検証、codex-review（manual ref互換性の指摘対応・再レビュー済み）、PR/main buildとpublishが成功しました。公開index e4d3ff1a…のimageでIntel XPU認識・テンソル実演算、既存SDXLモデルによる512×512画像1枚（seed240/Euler12steps/batch1、HTTP200/14.36秒）を実測し、JPEG実体・寸法・SHA・内容を確認しました。試験後はSD/cloudflaredを0、元configをbyte一致で復元し、元LLM spec・Ready/health・短文推論200/応答4まで復旧を確認しています。
計画はdocs/project_docs/BOXP-240/plan.md、実測・例外・小さいTAESD補助cache自動取得・復旧の正本はObsidian Projects/BOXP-236/sdnext-ipex-gpu-verification.mdです。
