Also: - no-license error with suggested licenses. - "not an SPDX identifier" error for license argument. - accept the same license written differently in codemeta.json. - Make a real mismatch stop the run.
- Add LicenseCheck as a dependency and name the license found in the no-license error. - Recognise the whole family (LICENSE, LICENCE, COPYING, with .md/.txt). - Leave alone any file the tool didn't write.
- A header naming another license is no longer rewritten. - An undeclared header stops the run. The crosswalk stops before writing anything, listing every such file with the license it names and the two remedies. This holds even with update = true or the license keyword. - On a deliberate license change, headers naming the license the package is moving from are rewritten to the new one. That is the only time a header changes. - Each additional_licenses entry is checked against spdx.org; an unrecognised one is an error. - README and docs page: a short passage on the first-line header and additional_licenses.
