Make the author under a document's title look like the badges above it - #16

The author under a document's title was bare monospace text with a bar beside it, and it sat apart from the trust badges above it. It is now an outlined tag of the same size, with a square in the color of its kind of author, and the badges keep an even gap when they wrap.

The author under a document's title was bare monospace text with a bar beside it, while the trust badges above it were filled tags. The two read as unrelated, and in the narrow panel they wrapped onto two rows with only 4 pixels between them.
The author is now an outlined tag of the same 18 pixel height, with an 8 pixel square in the color of its kind of author, such as purple for an agent and blue for a person. The outline keeps it apart from the filled topic tags under the description. Every badge starts on the same left edge, and the gap is 6 pixels down and across, so a wrapped pair sits as evenly as one row.
