Updates #347

Why

The audit checklist named the required failure observations but did not identify the exact tests that prove each boundary. That made the evidence review less reproducible than the project requires.

What changed

  • Map all ten adversarial risks to focused parser, compiler, storage, runtime, SQL, contract and acceptance tests.
  • Record the hosted PR matrix that verifies clean installation and credentialed retry and resume behavior.

Trade-offs

This change records existing evidence and does not broaden product behavior or claim that manual client prompts or public publishing have been verified.

Verification

  • mise exec -- pnpm exec vitest run targeted 24 files: 592 passed
  • mise exec -- pnpm format:check
  • pnpm acceptance:docs:check
  • pnpm cli:docs:check
  • pnpm check:no-em-dash
  • pnpm check:docs-links
  • PR Refresh reliability audit evidence #377 hosted matrix 34398631920 passed
