fix(shortcuts): stop intercepting Ctrl+P/Ctrl+K so terminal programs receive them
Remove hardcoded Ctrl+P/Ctrl+K quick switcher accelerators that stole keys
from nano/bash/vim. Ctrl+letter shortcuts configured by the user are now
ignored when a VTE terminal has focus.
