Pins the exact beta96 candidate SDK from mdbase-connect 43c3dedd61bb and converts Planner to contract-scoped semantic-v2 authorization, retaining full-collection saved-view CAS.
Local: 66 tests, typecheck and build passed. Publication waits for service production verification.
