… workflow Both "Checkout tooling" steps omitted `repository:`, so actions/checkout defaulted to the calling repo (Commonalities) instead of tooling, where validation/scripts and requirements.txt actually live.

Both "Checkout tooling" steps in
commonalities-regression-sync.ymlomittedrepository:, soactions/checkoutdefaulted to the calling repo instead ofcamaraproject/tooling, wherevalidation/scriptsandrequirements.txtactually live. This breaks thepip install -r requirements.txtstep whenever the workflow is called fromcamaraproject/Commonalities(the checkout resolves to Commonalities, which has norequirements.txt).Adds
