Remove completed planning documents, the security policy, the empty changelog, and copied dependency licenses and inventories. Keep benchmarks, collection safety guidance, and a shorter explanation of dependency overrides.
Move the auth transport fixture under the Git example tests; its launcher remains opt-in. Runtime code is unchanged. This removes 961 tracked lines.
Validation:
make check, the moved Spin auth transport test, relative Markdown links, and independent review.Closes #170.
