- README/description now cover per-parcel context (zoning, flood/landslide risk, heritage register, building permits, construction activity, transit access, agricultural land and surroundings) alongside transaction prices
- Mention ChatGPT and Grok among supported MCP clients
- Serve path-aware /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp (RFC 9728) so strict clients that derive the metadata URL from the endpoint complete discovery
- Add /.well-known/glama.json endpoint (reads GLAMA_MAINTAINER_EMAIL, 404 when unset)
- search_by_polygon: maximum limit lowered 5000 -> 3000
- Refresh example parcel IDs used in sample prompts
- Bump 0.5.0 -> 0.6.0
