Usage page for the free ephemeral registry: anonymous push/pull quick start, duration-tag lifetimes with the 24 hour cap, Kubernetes pulls without imagePullSecrets, and the ground rules (public world-mutable content, no catalog, reserved namespaces, the OCI Warning header, pull by digest).

Adds a usage page for the temporary anonymous registry: quick start with docker and crane, the tag-is-the-TTL table (24 hour cap), Kubernetes pulls with no imagePullSecrets, and the ground rules — everything is public and world-mutable, use random names and digest pulls, no catalog listing, reserved namespaces are refused, every response carries the OCI Warning header, and nothing here is scanned or endorsed. Clearly separated from the cgr.dev product registry, flagged experimental, and the hostname is noted as subject to change.
