Modular Design: Each arithmetic operation (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) has been moved into its own function. This modular structure improves code readability and maintainability.

Error Handling:

A try-except block was added to handle ValueError exceptions, allowing the program to handle invalid (non-numeric) input gracefully without crashing. The divide function now includes a check for division by zero, returning a custom error message instead of causing a runtime error. Clear User Feedback:

An exit message is displayed when the user chooses to end the program, providing clear confirmation of the program's termination. Invalid options prompt the user to try again, improving user experience. Optimized Program Flow: The if-elif structure was simplified to make the program flow more intuitive and easy to follow.
