[BUG] Template open disabled - existing file still gets opened #2244
Describe the bug
Template -> Behavior -> Open disabled still opens the file if file already exists and "Keep existing is set"
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior in Obsidian:
Create a template with a filename like "test"
Set Behavior -> "Open" to "false" and "If target file existing" to "Keep existing file"
Run template once. File gets created without opening it. Run template again. File gets opened even though Open is disabled.
Expected behavior
Template -> Behavior -> Open being disabled should prevent file from opening regardless of "If target file existing" setting

Hey @aarontcannon! Thanks for the report and the clear steps. I could reproduce it, and it's fixed in #2245, which will ship in the next QuickAdd release.
Opening the note was on purpose, from an old feature request, so I didn't want to change it for people who rely on it. Instead, Keep existing file now has a Keep action setting. Open existing file is the current behavior. Do nothing leaves the note alone and only opens it when Open is on. Pick Do nothing for your choice, and running it again leaves the note closed. QuickAdd shows a short "'test' already exists." notice so you know it ran.
I tested it in Obsidian with your setup: a Template choice named test with Open off, run twice. Let me know if anything still acts up after you update!
