chore(dev): prepare QuickAdd in T3 worktrees and sandboxes - #2223
New QuickAdd worktrees and sandboxes in T3 need dependencies and a built plugin before the first agent turn. Add a repository setup hook so this works from the default branch.
Changes
Run pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --prefer-offline && pnpm run build when T3 creates a worktree.
Wait for setup to finish before starting the agent. Setup installs dependencies and generates build files inside the new workspace.
Testing / validation
pnpm run build-with-lint passed.
pnpm test passed: 6,864 tests, with 32 skipped.
Launched a fresh sandbox through T3's native desktop app. Dependencies and main.js existed before the first agent action.
.agents/run-e2e tests/e2e/cli-list-writes.test.ts passed both tests in isolated Obsidian 1.13.7. The checkout stayed clean.

Note
Add QuickAdd setup script to T3 worktree and sandbox config
Adds a T3 setup script in t3.json that runs a frozen, offline-preferred pnpm install followed by pnpm run build when a worktree is created. The script uses the configure icon and runs synchronously.
Creating a worktree now automatically installs project dependencies and builds the project. The setup runs synchronously and uses a frozen lockfile with offline installation preference.

Adds a QuickAdd setup script that runs pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --prefer-offline and then pnpm run build on worktree creation. The script uses the configure icon and is synchronous.
The change is limited to preparing new worktrees, and no actionable merge-blocking risk is evident in the supplied context.

A rabbit checks the worktree path Then gathers packages in its math The lockfile holds each version tight A build runs next, all neat and right The rabbit hops away at last
