Seeding the RGS starter chart through the metadata-less STORAGE binding saved 25 accounts but returned
inserted:0. Count rows returned byINSERT OR REPLACE … RETURNING rgs_code, preserving the existing response semantics for both inserted and replaced accounts.Two HTTP regressions cover bindings with and without metadata, fresh seeding, reseeding and preservation of custom accounts. The metadata-less regression fails on the base commit. All 64 tests, the Vite build and diff check pass; local workerd checks pass on SQLite Durable Object storage and D1. No schema or dependency changes.
