revert(clerk-js,shared): remove zero session deadline handling - #10389

The backend now gives native sessions without a maximum lifetime a far-future deadline instead of 0, so Session and SessionWithActivities go back to unixEpochToDate for expire_at and abandon_at. This removes unixEpochToDeadline, its tests, and the epoch-zero doc comments in shared and backend added in #9871. Part of MOBILE-517

Remove the zero session deadline handling added in #9871 (and trimmed in #10364). It shipped in
@clerk/clerk-js6.40.1 and@clerk/shared4.41.1 through #10347.The backend no longer sends
expire_at: 0/abandon_at: 0.
