fix(mosaic): keep press-opened hover menus from closing on pointer leave - #10533
Fixes a race in hover-enabled menus (openOnHover) that flakes the UserButton flyout feature tests, e.g. sends add-account to the sign-in page.
Since #10306, a press opens the menu on the next frame. If that frame lands just before the 75ms hover-open timer and React hasn't committed yet, floating-ui's hover timer still sees the menu as closed and records the open as a hover. Leaving the trigger toward an item then closes the menu, so the item click is lost.
The press-open now commits inside its frame with flushSync, so a pending hover-open sees the menu already open.
Checklist

MenuInner now uses flushSync to apply the deferred mouse or pen click-open update synchronously. A fake-timer regression test covers pressing the trigger 100 ms after pointer entry, then leaving the trigger, and checks that the menu remains open. A patch changeset records the menu-closing issue.
clerk/javascript#10449: Both PRs address press-open timing. This PR changes the component update timing, while that PR adds a wait to a test helper.

Explanation
The title names the main change: a fix in the mosaic package so menus opened by a press, with hover enabled, stay open when the pointer leaves. The raw summary and objectives both describe a flushSync change that commits the press-open update inside its animation frame, which addresses that race. The title is specific and matches the changeset.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description states the bug (a race in openOnHover menus that flakes UserButton flyout tests), its cause (a press opening the menu on the next frame before the hover-open timer commits), and the fix (flushSync so a pending hover-open sees the menu as open). This matches the changes to menu-root.tsx and the regression test. It also includes the test and build checklist.
