Document the new Allow read-only actions option for the keyboard setting in isolation policies. This option blocks data entry while preserving built-in browser actions like find in page, select all, copy, print, and zoom. - Update Keyboard section with three-state setting and Beta badge - Add keyboard and clipboard interaction table - Add changelog entry for 2026-10-30

Documents the new Allow read-only actions keyboard setting for Browser Isolation isolation policies. This option blocks data entry (typing into form fields, chat boxes, etc.) while preserving built-in browser actions like find in page, select all, copy, print, and zoom.
